Job Summary

Own and coordinate media outreach, community activations, influencer relations, and end-to-end customer experience for the US e-comm stream, while aligning content planning with HQ, US teams, and external partners.

  • Manage media and KOL lists, asset delivery, and performance reporting
  • Support event logistics, social content scheduling, and cross-functional partnership outreach

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Help coordinate press and creative sample requests and returns, liaising with internal teams as needed
  • Support logistics for community activations, including outreach, product orders, gifting preparation, shipping, and event set-up
  • Help maintain and update contact lists for media and KOLs, and research new contacts to expand networks
  • Assist with reporting on press activity, marketing efforts, and user-generated content across channels
  • Assist with internal coordination of content between HQ, US Team and all external partners (Promo, consultants…)
  • Support with scheduling social media content across platforms, liaising with HQ
  • Assist with asset delivery processes, such as naming and uploading files, maintaining folder structures, and sharing with stakeholders
  • Assisting research for marketing & community strategies according to the NONFICTION’s roadmap
  • Assisting research for social media trends strategies according to the NONFICTION’s roadmap and beyond
  • Coordinate all KOL marketing practicalities, with support from Senior Brand Marketing Manager

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in marketing, creative branding or a related field
  • Curiosity and an interest in marketing and creative production
  • Skills in layout and presentation tools, including Adobe InDesign, Google Slides, Excel and similar
  • An organised and effective multitasker
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written communication skills
  • Keen to gain experience, hold responsibility and learn new skills
  • An appreciation for NONFICTION’s products and brand
  • Comfortable within an open-plan and curated working environment
