Job Summary

Own the design function and act as a strategic partner, shaping how projects are scoped, prioritized, and executed while delivering brand-aligned visuals across marketing, product, and sales channels.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, set timelines, and deliver on campaigns, decks, web visuals, and social assets.
Ensure assets are visually strong, consistent with brand guidelines, and delivered on time, with a smooth intake and queue process.

Job Description

Create visual assets across marketing and sales channels, including sales decks and enablement materials, website graphics and landing page visuals, campaign assets, datasheets and product marketing materials, and social and digital marketing graphics. Ensure all assets follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
Participate in the intake process for design requests. Clarify project details such as timelines, formats, and deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
Help track multiple design projects and deadlines. Coordinate work with a part-time contractor when needed. Ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with expectations.
Apply brand guidelines across marketing materials. Maintain templates and reusable design assets.
Design work is visually strong, consistent, and delivered on time.
Stakeholders receive well-executed assets that meet their requests.
Design requests move smoothly through the queue with minimal confusion.
Brand standards are consistently applied across assets.
Own the design function as a strategic partner to the business. In addition to executing design work, shape how design projects are scoped, prioritized, and executed across the company. Act as a consultant to internal teams, guiding stakeholders on how to best approach visual communication rather than simply fulfilling requests. This role also leads brand systems, manages design operations, and mentors other designers or contractors.
This role follows a 4-day in-office setup, designed to enable close collaboration with the marketing team and cross-functional partners.
