Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Employee Onboarding Experience — Audit the current new-hire journey and help design a more intentional, consistent experience from offer acceptance through onboarding and beyond.
  • Employer Brand & Recruiting Experience — Evaluate what prospective employees currently see when they search for Safari online and help improve how we communicate our workplace, people, opportunities, culture, and career paths.
  • Brand Ecology Audits — Review the different places people encounter the Safari brand—digital, physical, internal, recruiting, community, and customer-facing—and identify inconsistencies or opportunities for improvement.
  • Process Design & Implementation — Document existing processes, identify gaps, help develop improved workflows, and assist with putting those improvements into practice.
  • Safari Storytelling — Help answer the questions people naturally have about Safari: What do they do? What is it like to work there? Why would I want to be part of it?
  • Culture & Community — Help communicate Safari's workplace culture and our long-term commitment to our employees, communities, customers, and partners.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work with Marketing, Business Development, Branding, HR, leadership, and employees across the organization to gather information and turn ideas into practical improvements.

Requirements

  • Curious, organized, creative, and comfortable asking questions.
  • The right person doesn't need to have all the answers. They should be willing to investigate how things work today, talk with people throughout the organization, identify opportunities, and help turn those findings into better experiences.
  • This is a hands-on role for someone interested in branding, marketing, employee experience, communications, process improvement, business operations, and organizational development.
