Job Summary

Own territory sales execution by enabling retail partners and field teams, with a clear line of sight to KPIs, staff readiness, and brand standards across stores.

  • Own sales and sell-through, partner enablement, and post-event deliverables to drive territory performance.
  • Coach field teams, manage staffing outcomes, and enforce KPI accountability to close gaps.
  • Maintain frontline execution through store visits, feedback, and cross-functional collaboration to solve store-level challenges.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and sell-through across the assigned territory by supporting retail partners and field teams with effective sales strategies
  • Monitor performance against KPIs; identify opportunities to improve performance and implement corrective action plans
  • Own all events within the territory, ensuring strategic planning, flawless execution, and completion of all post-event deliverables
  • Lead, coach, and support field team members to consistently meet or exceed performance expectations
  • Drive accountability for individual and team KPIs, including sales performance, education completion, communication standards, and policy adherence
  • Conduct regular store visits, observations, and check-ins to evaluate execution and performance
  • Deliver clear, timely, actionable feedback and performance coaching to improve results and close gaps
  • Own the fulfillment of all open positions within the assigned territory, ensuring timely placement of high-quality talent.
  • Partner with internal teams to address performance concerns and support corrective action as needed
  • Foster a results-driven, accountable culture while maintaining high engagement and morale

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of beauty industry management experience required
  • Strong understanding of beauty retailer environments
  • Proven ability to drive sales, coach teams, and execute brand strategies
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, polished, and brand-forward presence
  • Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
  • Must own a vehicle to travel within the assigned territory as required
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as business needs require
  • Must work full 40 hours supporting brands in-store during month of December
