Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the brand strategy for Phorm Energy & Protein, including positioning, messaging architecture, audience segmentation, and brand guidelines.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches and key initiatives: consumer insight, value proposition, claims support, naming, packaging direction, and launch calendars.
  • Partner with Phorm Energy Representative on creative, social, influencer, PR, and media teams to build integrated campaigns from brief through execution and post-campaign learning.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs to support placements, including merchandising, sales and promotions.
  • Translate consumer, category, and competitive insights into actionable recommendations; monitor trends in energy drinks, protein beverages, wellness, and functional ingredients.
  • Present ideas and information on products to retailers and customers through sampling and education.
  • Manage agency and vendor partners (creative, research, PR, media) including briefing, feedback, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop chain account relationships and understand their internal structure and decision-making processes to accomplish desired results.
  • Track and report performance using dashboards and post-analyses; identify optimization opportunities across content, messaging, and channel mix.
  • Analyze performance data and consumer insights to identify opportunities to increase sales, execution and provide recommendations to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • 5+ years of brand marketing/brand management experience, ideally within CPG, beverage, nutrition, supplements, or adjacent wellness categories.
  • Experience working with suppliers and marketing budgets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including effective presentation skills.
  • Strong internal and external customer orientation.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly self-motivated and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed.
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to frequently lift, carry, push or pull package product weighing 50 plus pounds and draught product weighing 165 plus pounds.
