Job Summary

Own the end-to-end visual design for ecommerce email campaigns and digital assets, delivering mobile-first, on-brand experiences with efficient workflows and cross-team collaboration.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality, mobile-optimized email designs aligned with the integrated marketing calendar.
  • Design email layouts that are visually compelling, on-brand, and drive customer engagement and conversions.
  • Perform advanced photo editing, such as realistic product recoloring and background removal, to meet creative needs efficiently.
  • Develop a variety of digital assets, including product mockups, promotional materials, website content, and visual templates.
  • Use Photoshop to create personalized, realistic product renderings for marketing campaigns.
  • Streamline workflows by leveraging expertise to reduce unnecessary revisions while maintaining quality.
  • Proactively manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Work closely with copywriters, product teams, and marketing managers to ensure cohesive designs.
  • Collect and interpret feedback from stakeholders and iterate designs accordingly to deliver approved materials.
  • Contribute to the refinement of the design process, introducing innovative solutions to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Digital Designer, preferably with ecommerce and email marketing campaigns.
  • Advanced proficiency in Photoshop (e.g., realistic product recoloring, background removal, photo manipulation).
  • Strong skills in Adobe XD, Figma, and other digital design tools.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing advanced email design, mobile-first web design, and realistic product renderings.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle feedback constructively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design decisions and ideas.
