Responsibilities

• Maintain brand messaging, reference materials, approved assets, and communication guidelines in the Brand Coordinator role at Toolad.
• Coordinate brand or community content across digital channels and campaign touchpoints as part of the Brand Coordinator role at Toolad.
• Monitor audience questions, feedback, comments, and recurring themes and route issues appropriately across creative advertising and campaign work in this Brand Coordinator position.
• Support brand campaigns, launches, partnerships, or community initiatives with organized timelines and assets for the Toolad team as part of Brand Coordinator work.
• Track basic engagement, brand, or community metrics and prepare recurring summaries while supporting creative advertising and campaign work in the Brand Coordinator role at Toolad.
• Review customer-facing materials for consistency with approved brand voice and messaging as part of day-to-day Brand Coordinator responsibilities at Toolad.

Requirements

• Strong written communication, organization, customer awareness, and brand judgment for the Brand Coordinator opening at Toolad.
