Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns supporting:
• New product launches
• Seasonal collections
• Catalog releases
• Market and showroom events
• Customer acquisition and retention initiatives
• Sales priorities and promotional programs
• Outlet Store initiatives
• Build annual, seasonal, and monthly marketing plans aligned with company objectives.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of progressive marketing, content, brand management, or related experience.
• 5+ years demonstrating success developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Experience with email marketing platforms, social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
• Working knowledge of AI-powered content creation and marketing tools.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and creatively driven.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field preferred.
• Experience in wholesale, consumer products, retail, home décor, gift, lifestyle, or related industries preferred.
