Responsibilities

• Execute in-person marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales
• Support the development and implementation of local promotional strategies
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to help improve campaign performance
• Assist with coordinating promotional events, brand activations, and in-store campaigns
• Collaborate with team members to maintain brand consistency and messaging
• Monitor competitor activity and share insights with leadership
• Assist with campaign tracking, reporting, and basic administrative tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
• Creative thinker with a passion for brand engagement and storytelling
