Responsibilities

• - Execute 1-2 hour activations in each assigned account.
• - Be knowledgeable of the products being promoted and which options the account sells.
• - Arrive before the activation is set to begin and introduce yourself to the account management.
• - Bring the tools of the promotion into the account. (Giveaways, games, engraver, etc.)
• - Interact with patrons of the account in a friendly manner, encouraging them to purchase the brand that is being promoted.
• - Encourage patrons to participate in any planned activity.
• - Execute tastings for visiting patrons of assigned store.
• - Arrive before the activation is set to begin and introduce yourself to the account manager and find out where you will be located.
• - Set up the products you will be sampling in a professional manner.
• - Insure there is product readily available to purchase for the consumer’s ease.

Requirements

• - Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• - Ability to work nights and weekends as standard practice
• - Personable and outgoing demeanor
• - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• - Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• - Must have valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• - Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
