Job Description
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise strategy for leveraging the advisor field and branch network as a scalable marketing channel that drives client engagement, advisor growth, and business outcomes.
- Develop frameworks, participation models, and activation strategies that enable branches to deliver consistent, locally relevant marketing experiences while increasing utilization of marketing programs.
- Partner with division, segment, and field leaders to identify business opportunities and develop marketing strategies that support advisor growth and strengthen client relationships.
- Design advisor-enabled client engagement strategies that connect campaigns, events, webinars, nurture programs, and communications into a cohesive client growth ecosystem.
- Identify opportunities to complement advisor-led efforts with scalable enterprise marketing programs that deepen client relationships and increase share-of-wallet opportunities.
- Partner with Practice Desktop, Technology, Product, and Experience teams to embed marketing capabilities, content, and tools into advisor workflows and digital experiences.
- Advance the future-state advisor ecosystem through the integration of AI-enabled capabilities, automation, campaign activation tools, content delivery, and next-best-action recommendations.
- Define and lead the team's field engagement and content strategy, improving content relevance, discoverability, utilization, and overall advisor experience.
- Develop measurement frameworks to assess channel effectiveness, program participation, content utilization, and business outcomes, leveraging insights to optimize future investments.
- Monitor advisor needs, market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify innovative opportunities that enhance field marketing capabilities and drive business results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required with 11–14 years of relevant professional experience, including 10+ years in marketing, customer experience, customer strategy, or growth-focused roles.
- Proven success developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.
- Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders in a complex matrixed environment.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to leverage data and insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Knowledge of integrated marketing, customer journeys, segmentation, and multi-channel marketing strategies.
Preferred
- Financial services, wealth management, or advisor-facing experience.
- Deep understanding of advisor practices, client engagement, and growth strategies.
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, or marketing technology to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Strategic, innovative mindset with a track record of influencing senior leaders and delivering measurable outcomes.
