Responsibilities

• Communicating and coordinating press schedules and internal documents with our clients
• Executing and completing general PR tasks: Writing press releases, compiling press reports, researching and creating pitch lists, communicating with media and content creator contacts, and more
• Live interpreteration/translation for internal client meetings, emails, texts, etc
• Live and written interpretation and translation for clients' interviews and general press engagements

Requirements

• Must be over 18 years of age and must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Currently based in the United States
• Fluency in English and Korean with excellent writing, speaking, comprehension, and communication skills in both languages
• Experience in translation and live interpretation
• Prior publicity experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients and media effectively
• Organized, motivated, and with great attention to detail
• Know how to use Microsoft Word, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc
• Have a quiet space to work and good WiFi for meetings
• Bachelor's degree or in-progress Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, or other related field

• Located in NYC or LA (or within reasonable travel distance)
