Responsibilities

• Video content: plan, shoot, edit, and publish
• Product photography
• Create marketing assets for our web stores and advertising
• Influencer collaborations — product seeding and content coordination
• Support web advertising and SEO
• Email outreach to prospective partners and customers
• Order fulfillment and packing during busy periods
• Customer support (email and similar)
• Pitching in across the business as a small team

Requirements

• Native-level Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking)
• A portfolio of video you shot and edited yourself
• Able to shoot video, photography, and creative on your own — lighting, tripod, audio included
• Fluent in editing and design tools (video: CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut; design: Illustrator, Canva, or similar)
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small team
• U.S. work authorization

Preferred

• E-commerce experience with Shopify
