Responsibilities

• Audit all Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, Meta Business Portfolios, ad accounts, and current permissions
• Identify ownership or control of each account
• Assist in recovering or transferring ownership as necessary
• Properly link Facebook and Instagram accounts for each restaurant
• Organize all restaurant brands under a single company-controlled Meta Business Portfolio
• Assign appropriate role-based access for owners, managers, and outside vendors
• Remove outdated or unnecessary users and permissions
• Establish secure logins, two-factor authentication, and recovery procedures
• Avoid sharing of passwords or individual logins
• Provide a written account map and instructions upon project completion

Requirements

• Direct experience with Meta Business Manager or Meta Business Portfolio
• Experience resolving Facebook and Instagram ownership, permissions, and access issues
• Experience managing multiple brands or business locations within franchise structures
• Familiarity with Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, Meta ad accounts, and two-factor authentication
• Ability to work through Meta support or ownership-verification processes
• Strong understanding of account security and business continuity
• Willingness to collaborate with various owners or administrators during the cleanup
• Ability to explain the final system clearly to nontechnical users
• References or examples of similar account-recovery or consolidation work
• Be Polite Hospitality – restaurant, hospitality, franchise, or multi-location business experience is preferred but not mandatory.
