Responsibilities
- Marketing & Content Strategy: Develop and manage marketing efforts that promote Beauty for Ashes programs, retreats, and initiatives.
- Creating and implementing marketing strategies for ministry programs, events, and campaigns
- Planning and maintaining a marketing content calendar for social media and email communications
- Creating promotional campaigns to increase awareness and engagement
- Designing or coordinating promotional graphics and marketing materials
- Coordinating content submissions from staff and ministry contributors
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow Beauty for Ashes’ presence across social media platforms.
- Managing ministry social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms such as TikTok)
- Creating, scheduling, and posting social media content
- Monitoring comments, messages, and engagement across platforms
