Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the data analytics to refine segmentation models, score target accounts, and surface actionable insights that drive ABM and C&I-focused marketing strategies.
  • Perform regular QA/QC across customer, program, marketing, and account data, including reconciling fields across systems and validating logic used in automated processes and scoring models.
  • Support in building and improving data workflows, automated queries, and multi-source datasets that feed interactive Power BI dashboards used by internal teams.
  • Help monitor data integrity across systems and assist local delivery teams in defining and tracking key customer segments and target lists.
  • Support the rollout and ongoing refinement of Sightline analytics for commercial accounts.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of new tools or systems that enhance the enrichment and usability of utility business customer data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience developing data-driven reports and dashboards.

Preferred

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the energy sector.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail, ability to think strategically and logically.
  • Well-organized with a can-do attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.
