Own the integration and execution of neuro-recovery programs across a school athletic department, aligning recovery sessions, neuromuscular training, and education to reduce injury risk and boost performance.

• Recovery program implementation across multiple sports to improve mobility, stability and neuromuscular performance
• Integrate Direct Current Neuro Therapy into strength, injury prevention, recovery, and return-to-play workflows
• Provide recovery support for athletes during in-season competition, heavy training periods and post-game recovery
• Educate athletes, coaches and families on performance recovery, injury mitigation strategies and neuromuscular health
• Collaborate with coaches, athletic trainers and performance staff to support athlete development and reduce injury risk across the department
• Stay current on evolving protocols, research and best practices in neuro-recovery and performance optimization

Requirements

• Leadership experience in school athletics, athletic administration, sports performance environments
• Understanding of youth and adolescent athlete development, injury prevention and safe training progression
• Experience coordinating with coaches, athletic trainers and strength staff
• Vision for implementing modern performance and recovery systems across an entire athletic department
• An established athletic department
• Strong communication skills and a athlete-first mindset
• Professionalism, adaptability and comfort working independently
• Passion for innovation in recovery, performance and pain management
• Experience with neuro-based training or advanced recovery modalities is a plus
