Job Summary

Own communications execution and materials creation across campaigns, with tight collaboration on content like newsletters, intranet articles, emails, decks, and press releases.

  • Campaign ownership: drive results-oriented messaging and cross-channel coordination with the communications team.
  • Content production: create and adapt materials for internal and external audiences including newsletters, intranet content, and presentations.
  • Project governance: manage small projects, track deliverables, and maintain editorial calendars to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

  • The associate communications specialist will work closely with the communications team to develop results-oriented communications campaigns.
  • The position will be responsible for creating a variety of materials for the company including newsletters, intranet articles, employee engagement emails, PowerPoint presentations, press releases, infographics and more.
  • Project management for small projects including tracking of deliverables, managing editorial calendars and gathering information for communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
  • Knowledge of AP style

Preferred

  • Basic graphic design and proficiency in Adobe creative suite preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field
