Job Summary

Own and coordinate KOL relationships and insights to shape the market and product strategy across US and Global horizons, with executive encounters and cross-functional engagement as core levers.

  • KOL ecosystem ownership: identify, engage, and manage thought leaders for advisory, boards, and speaking engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with KOLs in our industry
  • Gather insights from KOLs about market and product to inform marketing strategy and tactics
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners on KOL approach and engagement
  • Support identification of and serve as the liaison with KOLs for approved commercial efforts (Ad boards, Speakers Bureau, Ad Hoc consulting, etc.)
  • Participate (and set up executive encounters as required) in US and Global Congress activities
  • Provide regular updates to management and cross-functional teammates of KOL management progress and insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of field sales, field marketing or Thought Leader Liaison experience, with field marketing/ Thought Leader Liaison experience preferred
  • Rare Disease experience required. Hematology/Oncology experience preferred.
  • Documented track record of delivering consistent, exceptional levels of performance and leadership
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, self-starter, with experience effectively partnering with HCPs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a large geography
  • Demonstrated strong strategic thinking and an ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a wide range of people and functions
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to establish a rapport quickly with others
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Hematology/Oncology experience preferred.
