Job Summary

Own corporate communications and brand storytelling across messaging platform, website, social, media relations, and internal comms, translating science into clear narratives for executives, stakeholders, and patients.

  • Brand & Messaging: Define and advance the corporate message platform and visual identity, ensuring consistent storytelling across channels and audiences.
  • Integrated Communications: Lead cross-functional content planning from corporate and clinical materials to congress materials and the new website, with external agency partnership.
  • Digital & Internal Social: Own social strategy, external digital presence, media monitoring, and internal comms with leadership alignment and HR collaboration.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the continued development of the company’s new corporate brand, including the full build-out of a corporate strategic message platform and visual identity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to identify and fulfill brand communication needs, such as corporate, congress and clinical trial materials
  • Lead internal project management around brand communication strategy and materials, and be a primary contact for our external brand agency partner
  • Lead project management and contribute to content strategy and development of a new corporate website
  • Own and advance the company’s social media strategy and platforms to effectively engage key stakeholder groups
  • Be a primary contact for digital/social media agency partners
  • Help to define and advance a foundational media relations strategy to begin to introduce Damora Therapeutics more broadly, including opportunities for executive visibility and thought leadership
  • Implement and own routine, efficient media and social media monitoring, contributing to ongoing competitive intelligence and business planning
  • Partner with executive leadership and human resources to execute our internal communications and engagement strategy, supporting company meetings, cultural events and activities, and other employee communications
  • Help to define employee communication and collaboration strategies and tools, partnering with information technology to optimize information sharing, productivity and experience (e.g., Teams, SharePoint and a future potential intranet platform)
