Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You’ll lead comms planning for financial-services brands that demand depth, rigor, and smart storytelling, and you’ll help shape work that actually moves audiences and markets.
  • Partner with the insight, analytics and account teams to infuse audience-led insights into every plan, large or small
  • Build channel-smart, competition-aware strategies that help financial brands stand out and stay relevant.
  • Turn complex client challenges into clear, actionable, insight-driven recommendations.
  • Rally the team along with you to continue pushing the envelope every day in the kinds of ideas we bring to clients
  • Set the bar for quality and ensure all work ladders up to a strong strategic throughline.
  • Keep teams and clients ahead of industry trends, evolving best practices, and emerging opportunities.
  • Be the strategic voice in the room, confident, clear, and able to cut through complexity

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years in comms planning or media strategy, ideally in complex categories like finance.
  • Fluent in channel strategy, audience insights, competitive intelligence, and performance storytelling.
  • Strong analytical instincts matched with strong creative problem-solving.
  • A natural leader who loves developing people as much as developing strategy.
  • Someone who brings energy, clarity, and momentum to every room.
