Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the trafficking and quality assurance of assigned display and video campaigns, exercising independent judgment to ensure setups align with media plans and platform specifications.
  • Analyze daily operational reports and tracking logs to identify workflow bottlenecks, recommending tactical process improvements to Coordinators and management.
  • Investigate and resolve initial campaign delivery and setup issues, using discretion to determine root causes and implement solutions before escalating complex, cross-platform technical issues.
  • Actively consult during internal execution meetings by analyzing client requests and providing recommendations on foundational setup feasibility.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and project lead for a specific internal workflow, tracking document, or vendor portal, taking independent responsibility for its maintenance and optimization.
  • Lead the creation of specific training modules or best-practice guides based on your SME focus area, contributing to the team's overall knowledge base.

Requirements

  • 0–1 years of experience in digital media, advertising operations, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Excel and a demonstrated ability to independently learn and analyze data within technical platforms.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to exercise discretion, evaluate data sets, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Basic understanding of digital ecosystems; eagerness to learn HTML, JavaScript, and browser tools.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive mindset, capable of managing assigned projects with limited supervision.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
