Job Summary

Own the ad operations workflow across campaigns with a focus on trafficking, tagging, QA, and data quality to feed BI and performance reporting.

  • Trafficking and QA: manage taxonomy, updates, creative swaps, and backend event tagging.
  • Data standardization: input and verify data sets powering automated spend and reporting.
  • Tooling and learning: grow in Ad Servers (Google Campaign Manager) and Prisma plus analytics and brand-safety partners.

Responsibilities\n

  • Provide ongoing trafficking support for campaigns (taxonomy creation, traffic sheet, clickthrough updates, creative assignments and swaps, new tag production, QA, apply backend event tags, etc.)
  • \n
  • Ensure correct and on-time execution of digital trafficking, tagging, and QA workflow across multiple campaigns
  • \n
  • Troubleshoot issues with ad tagging and data with oversight from Senior Associate and Supervisor
  • \n
  • Maintain clear day-to-day communication with internal leads on status and timeline items
  • \n
  • Oversee ad trafficking and data input procedures to support the standardization of digital data sets powering automated processes such as business intelligence, spend aggregation and performance reporting
  • \n
  • Develop working knowledge in digital marketing technologies relevant to client account, including Ad-Servers (Google Campaign Manager), Mediaocean (Prisma), rich media vendors, web analytics tools, and brand safety and verification partners
  • \n
  • Contribute to other technology and operations projects as assigned by Supervisor or Associate Director
  • \n

  • Hands on keyboard experience with Ad-Servers (Google Campaign Manager) and Mediaocean (Prisma)
  • \n
  • Interest in the principles of advertising, marketing and media
  • \n
  • Analytical thinking with a competency in mathematical concepts
  • \n
  • Works well in a team environment
  • \n
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • \n
  • Ability to learn media tools and software
  • \n
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely, as well as communicate and interact professionally
