Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and distribution of international sales and marketing materials, including presentations, sell sheets, catalogs, newsletters, and promotional assets.
  • Coordinate marketing calendars, campaign timelines, product information, and follow-up activities across international markets and sales territories.
  • Responsible for the preparation of sales presentations, customer communications, meeting materials, and account-specific marketing information.
  • Maintain accurate product, customer, territory, and marketing data across internal systems, spreadsheets, and shared resources.
  • Support international trade shows, sales meetings, conferences, and other industry events, including logistics, materials, invitations, and follow-up.
  • Conduct market, customer, competitor, and product research to support international sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Editorial, Production, Operations, and external partners to gather information and keep projects on schedule.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Design tool, Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint; familiarity with email marketing, or project management tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to organize information and identify key takeaways.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working with colleagues and customers across different markets and time zones.
  • Experience coordinating projects, marketing materials, events, or customer-facing communications is preferred.
  • Experience studying/working/traveling within international markets.
  • Equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered.
