Job Summary

Own the revenue pipeline end to end, fix bottlenecks with Sales input, and push data-driven improvements from lead to revenue across SMS, analytics, and governance.

  • Own end-to-end lead lifecycle and optimize velocity, routing, and MQL/SQL conversion.
  • Align with Sales on ICP, SLA and feedback to continuously improve funnel performance.
  • Build dashboards and predictive insights to cut cost per conversion and surface revenue trends.

Job Description

  • Take ownership of the lead lifecycle from acquisition to conversion.
  • Analyze drop-off points across the funnel (Data Acquisition → MQL → SQL → Conversion).
  • Identify bottlenecks in the lead pipeline and implement corrective action plans.
  • Continuously optimize lead quality, routing, follow-up timelines, and conversion velocity.
  • Conduct regular syncs with the Sales team to:
  • Review lead quality and conversion feedback.
  • Identify common objections and friction points.
  • Align on ICP refinements and targeting strategies.
  • Translate sales feedback into marketing execution improvements.
  • Ensure SLA adherence between marketing and sales.
  • Maintain tracking dashboards for:
  • Conversion rates by source, category, and campaign
  • Lead response times
  • Sales performance gaps
  • Cost per conversion & ROI
  • Identify trends in:
  • Lead behavior
  • Engagement patterns
  • Revenue contribution by campaign type
  • Perform root cause analysis on performance dips and inconsistencies.
  • Develop predictive insights to improve campaign targeting and segmentation.
  • Oversee campaign planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Monitor deliverability, engagement, and performance metrics.
  • Optimize messaging strategies based on performance data.
  • Ensure compliance with carrier policies and messaging regulations.
  • Introduce testing frameworks (A/B testing, segmentation testing, timing optimization).
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM data.
  • Audit lead attribution and conversion records for discrepancies.
  • Design and refine SOPs for:
  • Lead/conversion tracking
  • Data segmentation
  • Reporting accuracy
  • Automate reporting workflows where possible.
  • Improve operational efficiency across revenue processes.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports.
  • Present actionable insights to leadership.
  • Provide strategic recommendations backed by data.
  • Forecast performance trends and revenue impact.
