Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creative and Content Execution
  • Assist in briefing, strategy, review, and execution of marketing materials across digital, print, and cross-functional content.
  • Support concepting and production of creative assets for digital, print, and in-store campaigns.
  • Proofread and edit marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Help ensure all work follows brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards.
  • Coordinate US window digital creative projects from brief through delivery.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and documentation across multiple projects at once.
  • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and day-to-day administrative needs of the POP & Digital team.
  • Keep projects organized and on track while maintaining quality.
  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and agencies.
  • Act as a point of coordination with external partners such as printers, photographers, and production vendors.
  • Help align cross-functional teams around deadlines and expectations.
  • Maintain and organize asset libraries including images, files, and working documents.
  • Ensure teams can easily find and reuse approved assets.
  • Assist with tracking campaign performance and compiling insights to inform future work.
  • Stay current on design, social, and QSR marketing trends and bring relevant ideas back to the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Design, Communications, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a creative or marketing role/internship, preferably in QSR or retail.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple projects.
  • A sharp eye for detail, especially in creative review and proofreading.
  • Clear communication and confidence working with cross-functional teams.
  • Interest in creative development, digital marketing, and in-store execution.
  • Comfort working with timelines, approvals, and production workflows.
  • Familiarity with creative tools, asset systems, or project management tools is a plus.
  • Language requirements: Fluent in English – any additional language a plus.
