Responsibilities

• Your practical and compassionate nature is critical to effectively balance between leasing apartments, managing resident retention, marketing the community, and handling administrative and financial responsibilities for your community.
• As a client services manager, you are required to assume greater responsibilities upon absorbing and applying knowledge of all aspects of property management.
• Maturity and good judgment is a necessity…you serve as the individual responsible for the community in the absence of the Property Manager.

• Assist the property manager with daily operations.
• Inspecting and completing final account statements within 72 hours upon move-out.
• Showing units.
• Closing leases.
• Marketing vacancies.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• At least one-year practical experience as either a Leasing Consultant, or Assistant Community Manager
• Onesite experience is a must
• Knock experience
• Eviction filings
• 1–3 years in property management
• Strong people skills (you’ll deal with residents daily)
• Conflict resolution (handling complaints, disputes)
• Rent collection & record keeping
• Attention to detail
