Job Description

Responsibilities

  • UX Design & Visual Experience
  • - Design wireframes, mockups, and page layouts for new web pages, landing pages, and site sections, translating brand direction and content briefs into intuitive, UHNW-appropriate digital experiences
  • - Maintain and contribute to the design system and component library, ensuring visual consistency and brand compliance across all assets
  • - Collaborate with copywriters, the content team, and marketing stakeholders to translate complex wealth management concepts into clear, accessible, and compelling digital experiences
  • - Ensure all designs meet WCAG accessibility standards and Goldman Sachs brand guidelines
  • - Design responsive layouts optimized across desktop, tablet, and mobile with a strong command of typography, visual hierarchy, and layout principles
  • - Design and recommend component enhancements/limitations to stakeholders (Marketing, Product and Engineering) across CMS and Email marketing platforms
  • - Translate design system and toolkits across platforms into implementation
  • Web Authoring & Page Support
  • - Support daily web authoring operations in the CMS, configuring components, assembling page layouts, and publishing content across PWM and Ayco web properties

Requirements

  • UX & Visual Design: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design and prototyping tools; demonstrated ability to produce wireframes, mockups, and responsive page layouts with a strong portfolio
  • Web CMS Experience: Hands-on experience authoring and publishing pages in an enterprise CMS — Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) strongly preferred; equivalent platforms considered
  • Email Design: Experience designing mobile-responsive email layouts and familiarity with email design best practices, rendering constraints, modular template systems (experience with Storyports and Litmus preferred)
  • A/B Test Implementation: Comfort configuring and building page variants in testing tools (Adobe Target, Optimizely, or equivalent) — executing the design build accurately and on time
  • Design Fundamentals: Strong command of typography, visual hierarchy, layout, color, accessibility standards (WCAG) and email deliverability best practices
  • Attention to Detail: Strong QA instincts, being able to catch rendering issues, broken components, copy errors, and accessibility gaps before they reach a live audience
  • Collaboration & Communication: Comfortable working across matrixed teams — content, engineering, compliance, analytics — with clear written and verbal communication
  • Design system governance: Maintaining and contributing to a shared component library at scale
  • Education: Undergraduate degree preferred — Design, Interactive Media, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred

  • Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment and comfort routing design work through approval workflows
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS - not a development role, but front-end fundamentals help when configuring components and troubleshooting rendering issues
  • Exposure to web analytics or behavioral tools such as Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, or equivalent with proven ability to connect design decisions to performance data
  • Experience supporting multilingual or international web builds
  • Undergraduate degree preferred — Design, Interactive Media, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field
