Responsibilities

• Assist with selecting and ordering apparel, footwear, and accessories
• Stay current on popular brands, styles, and trends within the outdoor, hunting, fishing, and lifestyle markets
• Help identify products that fit our customers and market
• Place vendor orders and assist with tracking inventory and product needs
• Help plan and create engaging social media content
• Record and edit short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Comfortably appear on camera to showcase products, promotions, and store content
• Assist with other store and marketing tasks as needed

Requirements

• Has knowledge of apparel brands and current trends
• Has marketing, social media, video creation, or editing experience
• Is confident and personable in front of the camera
• Is creative and brings fresh content ideas to the team
• Is organized and able to follow through on orders and assigned projects
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Is comfortable pivoting between different responsibilities
• Is dependable, motivated, and works well as part of a team
• Has an interest in the outdoor, hunting, fishing, or apparel industries
