Job Summary

Own the brand-development and partnership engine for fashion clients by building, nurturing, and converting high-potential opportunities across US and China teams, with a strong emphasis on creating production-ready wins.

  • Grow the partner ecosystem: connect with designers, brand founders, buyers, and agencies to source new opportunities and convert them into sampling and production projects.
  • Shape market needs: gather authentic fashion-market insights to steer product development and service offerings for OEM/ODM manufacturing.
  • Coordinate cross-border delivery: align US/China teams through development, sampling, and production cycles to ensure smooth execution and long-term partnerships.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage fashion, streetwear, activewear, and apparel brands that may benefit from our manufacturing services.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with founders, designers, buyers, agencies, and brand decision-makers.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, social media, LinkedIn, industry events, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Present 92NINETY’s manufacturing capabilities and production solutions.
  • Coordinate with our US and China teams to support clients throughout development, sampling, and production.
  • Track opportunities and maintain organized communication records.
  • Gather market insights and provide feedback on customer needs and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Existing network within fashion, apparel, streetwear, activewear, lifestyle, retail, agency, or related industries.
  • Experience in business development, partnerships, sales, account management, recruiting, fashion, apparel manufacturing, or brand development.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
  • Understanding of apparel manufacturing, sourcing, OEM/ODM production, or fashion industry operations.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
