Job Summary

Own the growth of 92NINETY’s brand partnerships by identifying fashion brands, winning new business, and coordinating end-to-end fabrication support across US and China teams.

  • Partnership Development: Build relationships with founders, designers, buyers, agencies, and brand decision-makers to generate opportunities.
  • Opportunity Origination: Network, social media, events, referrals, and direct outreach to create new leads and drive sampling and production orders.
  • Operational Execution: Bridge US/China teams to support development, sampling, and production, track opportunities, and capture market feedback.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage fashion, streetwear, activewear, and apparel brands that may benefit from our manufacturing services.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with founders, designers, buyers, agencies, and brand decision-makers.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, social media, LinkedIn, industry events, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Present 92NINETY’s manufacturing capabilities and production solutions.
  • Coordinate with our US and China teams to support clients throughout development, sampling, and production.
  • Track opportunities and maintain organized communication records.
  • Gather market insights and provide feedback on customer needs and industry trends.

    Preferred

    • Existing network within fashion, apparel, streetwear, activewear, lifestyle, retail, agency, or related industries.
    • Experience in business development, partnerships, sales, account management, recruiting, fashion, apparel manufacturing, or brand development.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
    • Understanding of apparel manufacturing, sourcing, OEM/ODM production, or fashion industry operations is preferred but not required.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
