Job Summary

Own the APAC affiliate ecosystem by managing strategic partners, driving measurable performance, and mitigating risk across commissions, campaigns, and compliance.

  • Own partner lifecycle from onboarding and due diligence to retention, growth, and revenue contribution.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Risk, and Compliance to design campaigns, incentives, and joint initiatives that move affiliate metrics.
  • Proactively detect and prevent wash trading, arbitrage, or non-compliant traffic while monitoring ROI and lifecycle performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and strategic channel partners across APAC
  • Drive affiliate performance growth across user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue contribution - with clear metrics, not vague "engagement"
  • Monitor affiliate performance data and flag abnormal behaviors, risks, or growth opportunities before they become escalations
  • Handle partner concerns professionally - commission disputes, competitor poaching, operational issues - with maturity and commercial sensitivity
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal) on campaigns, incentives, and partner escalations
  • Design and execute joint campaigns, incentive programs, and partnership initiatives that align affiliate goals with platform interests
  • Analyze affiliate ROI, trading behaviors, and lifecycle performance to improve overall ecosystem efficiency
  • Identify and prevent potential risks - wash trading, arbitrage abuse, multi-accounting, non-compliant traffic sources - before they hit the ledger
  • Maintain strong market awareness of competitor affiliate programs, commission structures, and industry trends across APAC
  • Support affiliate onboarding, due diligence, and long-term relationship development for partners entering the BNI ecosystem

Requirements

  • Youve worked inside crypto, FX, CFD, trading platforms, or adjacent financial industries - and you understand how affiliate ecosystems actually run: commission tiers, rebate mechanics, lifecycle incentives, and what makes partners stay or leave.
  • Youve managed key accounts or affiliate portfolios where the job was retention and growth, not just signing deals. Youve handled sensitive partner situations - disputed payouts, competitive pressure, underperforming campaigns - without burning the relationship or the platform.
  • You're analytical enough to read trading volume, retention, ROI, and relationship-oriented enough to know when a spreadsheet can't replace a direct conversation. You have cross-cultural communication skills and experience working across APAC markets (SEA, Greater China, ANZ, MENA exposure is a plus).
  • You're patient, long-term oriented, and service-minded. You notice early signals of churn, competitor engagement, or business decline - and you act on them before the partner goes quiet.

Preferred

  • Trading or quantitative trading background
  • Experience in compliance, risk control, or partner due diligence
  • Experience managing online communities or affiliate ecosystems at scale
  • Familiarity with BNI's chapter and referral model, or other structured multi-tier partner networks
  • Fluency in English (required); Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa, Japanese, Korean, or other APAC languages are a strong advantage

Benefits

  • Fully remote within APAC - outcomes over theatre
  • Flexible hours with agreed overlap for partners, internal teams, and regional leadership
  • Travel budget for key partner meetings and industry events ($6,000 annually)
  • 20 days annual leave + local public holidays
  • Professional development budget ($3,000 per year)
  • Home office equipment allowance ($2,000 on joining)
  • Full access to BNI's global member network across 77 countries
  • Superannuation contributions in line with US statutory requirements (currently 11.5%) for US-based hires; local statutory equivalents for other APAC jurisdictions
