Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Yendo's affiliate and partner channel roadmap, with clear targets for CPA, LTV/CAC, and revenue contribution.
  • Identify, prioritize, and activate the highest-ROI partners beyond Credit Karma -- LendingTree, NerdWallet, Bankrate, aggregators, and emerging distribution channels.
  • Develop a tiered partner strategy -- from self-serve affiliate relationships to deeply integrated platform partnerships -- and manage the pipeline from prospecting through activation.
  • Own end-to-end partner ops: draft and negotiate Insertion Orders (IOs), manage mocks and creative reviews, maintain tracking integrity, and ensure timely invoicing and reconciliation.
  • Build and maintain the operational infrastructure for the channel -- partner onboarding playbooks, creative libraries, compliance checklists, and performance dashboards.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Design to get partners what they need, quickly, without creating bottlenecks.
  • Serve as Yendo's primary admin and power user of the Impact partnership platform -- manage partner configuration, tracking links, commission structures, reporting, and invoicing.
  • Keep the platform clean, current, and instrumented so leadership has real-time visibility into channel performance.
  • Own channel P&L: set and manage CPA targets, monitor quality metrics (approval rate, fraud signals, LTV/CAC), and optimize the portfolio continuously.
  • Work with the data team to build attribution models and test incrementality so we know exactly what the channel is delivering.

Requirements

  • 3-8+ years of affiliate or performance partnership experience at a consumer fintech, financial services company, or major publisher/aggregator -- level and band will be calibrated to your depth.
  • Hands-on experience working with Credit Karma, LendingTree, or similar financial comparison platforms -- you understand how listings work, how rates affect placement, and how to optimize within their ecosystems.
  • Fluency with the Impact partnership platform (or equivalent like CJ, Partnerize, Rakuten) -- you can run it yourself, not just manage someone who runs it.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating IOs, managing creative mocks and approval processes, and running the full operational lifecycle of a partner relationship.
  • Comfort with performance data: you build your own reports, QA your own numbers, and spot anomalies before someone else does.

Preferred

  • You've expanded a channel, not just maintained one -- you have a story about meaningful growth you drove by adding partners and improving unit economics.
  • You've worked in a startup or lean environment where scrappiness was a survival skill, not a buzzword.
  • You understand the consumer credit ecosystem -- how people shop for credit products, how lead quality varies by source, and how funnel economics work in lending.
  • You've navigated compliance-sensitive marketing environments and know how to move fast without cutting corners on regulatory requirements.
