Job Summary

Own affiliate program strategy and operations across partners, regions, and products, aligning product, data, and finance to deliver scalable growth and measurable ROI.

  • Affiliate program ownership: strategy, onboarding, activation levers, calendars, and ongoing optimization to drive incremental sales.
  • Experimentation roadmap: collaborate with Marketing Data Science on commission strategy, incentives, segmentation, placements, and creator mechanics at scale.
  • Agency/vendor and operations discipline: define work streams, set success metrics, run reviews, and institutionalize process, tooling, and payment accuracy.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and execution for a major affiliate program segment across partners, regions, products, or affiliate marketing with outcomes and operational rigor
  • Develop partner growth plans: onboarding strategy, activation levers, promotional calendars, and ongoing optimization for incremental sales
  • Lead agency management for your scope: define work streams and success metrics, run business reviews, ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables, and drive accountability to performance goals
  • Drive operational improvements to scale the program (process, tooling, workflows, tracking hygiene, feed quality, partner enablement playbooks)
  • Establish KPIs for your scope; deliver executive-ready reporting and recommendations that influence the broader program direction
  • Lead an experimentation roadmap in partnership with Marketing Data Science (commission strategy, incentives, segmentation, placements, creator mechanics) and scale winning approaches
  • Partner deeply with Product and Engineering (and Marketing, Analytics, and MarTech) to improve attribution fidelity, tracking implementation, feed systems, on-site conversion levers, and technical capabilities needed for affiliate scale
  • Coordinate with Finance/Procurement/Legal to support compliant, scalable partner operations, contract workflows, and payment accuracy
  • Influence broader affiliate program direction through playbooks, best practices, and mentoring (without direct people management)

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, performance marketing, or related growth roles
  • Demonstrated experience in managing agencies and/or external vendors to achieve performance outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and operate effectively in an ambiguous environment
  • Experience analyzing program performance data to inform strategy and presenting recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred

  • Experience managing affiliate networks and publisher relationships, including contract negotiation, commission modeling, and partner development. Experience with growth program advanced optimization techniques with a focus on affiliate levers (commission strategy, incentives, segmentation, promotion planning)
  • Experience with global programs and regional compliance considerations
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience in consumer electronics/consumer tech, retail/e-commerce, entertainment, or similarly competitive industry landscapes
  • Experience applying experimentation discipline and familiarity with incremental methods
  • Experience improving measurement foundations in partnership with technical teams (product, engineering, martech, analytics)
