Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a scalable pipeline of performance-driven affiliate partners (content, incentivized, reward, cashback, creator-adjacent, and media affiliates)
  • Own affiliate onboarding, contracting, compliance, and quality standards
  • Manage day-to-day communications with affiliates and networks (email, Slack, platform tools)
  • Coordinate campaign launches including offers, payouts, tracking links, creative assets, and caps
  • Manage affiliate performance against core KPIs ( CPI , CPA , ROAS , LTV , retention, fraud metrics)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners, networks, and strategic publishers
  • Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Ops teams to align affiliate output with performance goals
  • Identify underperforming or non-compliant partners and take corrective action (optimization, pricing changes, or removal)
  • Own optimization levers including pricing, caps, incentives, creative testing, and geo expansion
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and feedback loops to inform optimization and scaling

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years experience in affiliate marketing, performance partnerships, or growth marketing
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (attribution, CPA , LTV , fraud, incrementality)
  • Experience managing multiple affiliate partners simultaneously in a structured, repeatable way
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Everflow, etc.)
  • Proven ability to enforce compliance standards and fraud controls
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Preferred

  • Experience with mobile app performance marketing (iOS / Android)
  • Familiarity with incentivized, reward, and content affiliate models
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Media Buying, Growth, or Product teams
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort interpreting cohort-level performance dashboards
  • Prior experience scaling an affiliate program from early or mid-stage
