Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage affiliate partners and influencers
• Build relationships with local businesses and strategic partners
• Source creators for UGC, paid partnerships, events, and collaborations
• Track affiliate performance, ROI, conversions, and campaign metrics
• Help negotiate partnership deals and deliverables
• Assist with influencer outreach and communication
• Identify new marketing opportunities and partnership ideas
• Coordinate collaborations with gyms, wellness brands, med spas, fitness studios, events, etc.
• Stay ahead of TikTok, Instagram, wellness, and creator trends
• Help organize affiliate campaigns and launches

Requirements

• Previous experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, talent management, or social media marketing
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, influencer culture, and current social trends
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Ability to confidently pitch and build relationships
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Experience negotiating partnerships or sponsorships
• Comfortable discussing campaign performance, conversions, and ROI

Preferred

• Existing network within wellness, fitness, beauty, lifestyle, or creator industries
• Experience working with creators, influencers, gyms, wellness clinics, or brands
• Personal social media presence or content creation experience
• Experience using affiliate tracking platforms, CRM systems, or social media analytics
• Local to Los Angeles / San Fernando Valley area
