Job Summary

Own and scale Flux Charts' affiliate program by recruiting diverse trading creators and media, nurturing partnerships, and optimizing performance across channels to drive conversions and retention.

Affiliate Recruitment: Bring in high-quality trading affiliates across YouTube, X, Discord, Telegram, and educator/media brands.
Partnership & Growth: Maintain relationships, co-create campaigns, and optimize commissions and onboarding to boost long-term value.
Performance & Strategy: Analyze traffic, conversions, retention, and campaign results to uncover growth opportunities and stay ahead of fintech/trading trends.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Recruit High-Quality Affiliates: Identify and onboard trading creators, YouTubers, Twitter/X personalities, Discord communities, Telegram groups, educators, and finance-focused media brands.
Build Long-Term Partnerships: Maintain strong relationships with affiliates through communication, support, performance optimization, and campaign collaboration.
Scale the Affiliate Program: Help improve commission structures, onboarding systems, tracking processes, and promotional campaigns to increase conversions and retention.
Optimize Performance: Analyze affiliate traffic, conversion rates, retention metrics, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep up with trends in trading, crypto, creator marketing, affiliate systems, and competitor strategies across the fintech space.
