  • Standout: Coordinate on-site production in DFW up to 4x per quarter

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliates to grow our active affiliate base
  • Track weekly performance (revenue, CPA, ROI, conversion) and flag what’s working vs. what—isn’t
  • Monitor affiliates for platform compliance and address violations quickly
  • Build repeatable onboarding workflows so the program scales without extra overhead
  • Manage the full creator lifecycle: outreach, negotiation, contracting, deliverable tracking, payment, and follow-up
  • Hold creators accountable to timelines and deliverable quality
  • Track creator ROI and build monthly performance reports
  • Identify top creators for long-term brand ambassador relationships
  • Coordinate logistics for on-site production shoots in DFW (up to 4x per quarter) - scheduling, vendor communication, location logistics, and documentation. You’re the person who makes sure everyone shows up, everything’s ready, and the day runs smoothly.
  • Basic content capture is a bonus, not the core of this role. If you can grab product photos on an iPhone, great. If not, we’ll teach you. The priority is logistics and coordination.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in account management, partnerships, creator/influencer marketing, ecommerce operations, or a related field
  • Proactive communicator - you don’t wait until something is a problem to speak up. You send the follow-up, flag the risk early, and keep stakeholders in the loop without being asked
  • Organized and detail-oriented - you track follow-ups, hit deadlines, and don’t let things fall through
  • Comfortable with data - you can read a spreadsheet, spot trends, and report on CPA/ROI/ROAS without hand-holding
  • Strong relationship manager - you can manage 20+ relationships simultaneously and hold people accountable without burning bridges
  • Self-starter -- you don’t wait to be told what to do. You see a gap and fill it
  • A reliable computer with webcam and microphone
  • Fast, stable internet connection
  • A dedicated home office setup where you can be productive
  • Reliable transportation for on-site production days in DFW (up to 4x per quarter)
  • Production coordination experience is a plus - any experience coordinating photo/video shoots, managing vendor logistics, or running event-day operations

Preferred

  • Platform experience is a plus
  • Production coordination experience is a plus

Benefits

  • Health insurance, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k match
  • Bi-annual performance reviews (March/April and September/October) with real pay adjustments based on your impact
  • Remote-first - work from wherever, with on-site time in DFW up to 4 times per quarter for production shoots
  • Direct revenue impact - your work drives real, measurable growth. No busywork.
  • Mentorship and growth - you’ll work directly with marketing leadership and learn the full creator and affiliate ecosystem from the ground up
  • Ownership - this isn’t a "do what you’re told" role. You’ll own programs and be trusted to run them.
  • Fast-moving team -- we’re profitable, growing aggressively, and building something real

SIMPLER Hair Color

SIMPLER Hair Color was born from the frustration of dying my own hair and beard. This is Snehal, the founder. I got grays early, in my twenties. So, I began casually dying my hair & beard using the box-dye brands found at stores. I hated the messy and complicated process of dying my hair and beard at home. It was intimidating and felt like I was conducting a science experiment in my bathroom. And, the dyes burned my skin, which made me worry about the long-term effects the ingredients were having on my body. I tried salons, but they took too much time and money, and in some cases, burned my scalp even worse. So, having started and sold a few companies before, I did what entrepreneurs do. I decided to create a product that solved my own problem. I traveled the world, from Italy to Germany to Japan to Thailand and more, testing different products and speaking to top hair color chemists, all while searching for a gentler formula with safer ingredients, a thicker dye that didn’t drip, and a single product I could use for my hair, beard, and touch-ups, instead of having to buy 3 separate products. It was also important to me that I create a product I could reuse, with each application feeling as fresh, and being as effective, as the first, in a package that was environmentally responsible, and finally, I wanted to make the entire user experience SIMPLER. After much research, I found a team of formulators with years of experience making tried and trusted hair products, and a track record of creating safe, premium dyes, to create exactly what I’d been looking for. As I talked to men who dyed their hair and beard, and those that hadn’t but were curious, I heard many of the same frustrations and realized I wasn’t alone. I really believed and hoped that our product could help other people as well. I teamed up with Mitch, my cofounder, and fellow hair & beard dyer, to build a brand and team committed to treating customers the way we want to be treated.
