Job Summary

Drive defined affiliate partnerships for Iconic by Intention, promoting the program to women entrepreneurs and thought-leaders.

  • Own audience-aligned referrals to grow the community and recurring revenue.
  • Must-have: Active presence on major platforms or a podcast/newsletter to reach your audience.
  • Standout: Access to high-commission programs and live coaching/AI toolkit signals strong earning potential.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Refer members → ensuring they are aligned with the community and program (inference from earnings/affiliate model)
  • Promote Iconic by Intention to your audience via provided promotional assets such as captions, story frameworks, and talking points (inference from Done-for-you promotional assets)

Requirements

  • Your audience includes women entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, speakers, executives, or professionals building their authority and visibility
  • You are active on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, or you host a podcast or email newsletter
  • Your following is engaged — follower count is secondary to audience trust
  • You operate in an adjacent space: mindset, wellness, operations, finance, design, productivity, or leadership — not personal branding itself
  • You believe that a woman’s brand is infrastructure, not aesthetics
  • You do not need a massive platform. You need the right one.
