Responsibilities

• Managing and growing affiliate and buyer relationships
• Bringing on new publishers, advertisers, and strategic partners
• Scaling existing accounts profitably
• Negotiating payouts and campaign terms
• Monitoring campaign performance and identifying optimization opportunities
• Building long-term strategic relationships within the performance marketing industry
• Working closely with leadership to aggressively scale revenue

Requirements

• Experience in affiliate management, business development, account management, or performance marketing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to drive revenue and scale partnerships
• Understanding of online marketing, lead generation, inbound calls, or affiliate traffic
• Ability to analyze campaign metrics and performance data
• Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment

Preferred

• Existing industry relationships are a major plus
• Experience in insurance, finance, debt, home services, legal, or lead generation is preferred
