Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prospective Student CRM System Management: Learn, configure, manage, and administer the prospective student CRM and related digital communications efforts, including email, SMS, and outbound calling campaigns to recruit prospective students.
  • Procure, manage, and analyze prospective student databases and lists.
  • Manage multiple, concurrent projects from a variety of stakeholders.
  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and produce high-quality, effective communication campaigns in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Content Creation, Delivery, and Analysis: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at various levels with a variety of backgrounds to develop and deliver relevant communication content to prospective students.
  • Develop outbound communication campaigns reflecting an understanding of complex segments of prospective students for high-value research and health professions programs.
  • Campaigns will reflect a knowledge of higher education workflow, knowledge and understanding of digital communications assets, and adherence to university style and communications standards.
  • Perform ongoing list analysis and campaign outcomes for continuous improvement.
  • Other Duties: Perform other admission services duties as assigned, such as communicating with stakeholders, answering emails, and inbound SMS messages, assisting with large on-campus events, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 2 years administrative experience in a student-facing college or university admission or academic office (may include time as a part-time employee and/or graduate assistant) to demonstrate an understanding of higher education new student enrollment workflow in an interview setting.
  • Knowledge of email & SMS marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred

  • Prior experience working with communication systems and software.
  • Project management experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of digital communication production.
  • Sound knowledge of a CRM system from employment experience.
  • Knowledge of university style and communications standards.
  • Graphic design experience.
