Responsibilities

• Administrative Support
• Assist with caregiver scheduling and shift updates
• Assist with caregiver onboarding and paperwork
• Maintain organized client and caregiver records
• Assist with invoices and payroll preparation
• Monitor required documents and expiration dates
• Answer phone calls and emails
• Assist with general office and administrative tasks
• Marketing & Community Outreach
• Go to hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, senior communities, physicians' offices, and other referral sources

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and follow-through
• Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and basic computer programs
• Professional telephone and customer-service skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to make phone calls and conduct community outreach
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Previous administrative, healthcare, homecare, marketing, or customer-service experience is a plus
