Job Summary
Own and grow key Catholic and mission-driven client relationships through proactive meetings and clear, actionable updates.
- Coordinate with Catholic client stakeholders to map needs, set expectations, and drive progress in weekly touchpoints.
- Lead cross-functional delivery with strategy, creative, media, and production teams to hit timelines and budgets.
- Translate campaign performance into client-ready recommendations and identify opportunities to expand engagements.
Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Lead client meetings and communicate project updates, recommendations, and next steps.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and workflows.
- Coordinate with strategy, creative, media, and production teams to ensure successful execution.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies, campaign recommendations, proposals, presentations, and statements of work.
- Translate campaign performance and reporting into actionable client recommendations.
- Support new business opportunities, discovery sessions, and proposal development.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand engagements.
