Job Description

Lead and oversee Speaker Bureau client programs, aligning cross-functional teams on budgets, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring compliance, timely reporting, and proactive issue resolution.

  • Client & Stakeholder Alignment: Lead weekly client calls, set agendas, and serve as the main contact for Speaker Bureau issues.
  • Budget & Forecasting: Develop budgets and SOWs, monitor monthly program spend, and manage revenue forecasting.
  • Program Execution: Oversee project scope, timelines, team workload, and escalation of variances to ensure on-time delivery.
