Job Summary

Own day-to-day client support and PR strategy ideation for multiple accounts, with cross‑team collaboration, event presence, and timely reporting to drive client outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with writing and editing internal and external materials including pitches, press releases and proposals
  • Contributing as a team member on both internal and external client meetings
  • Communicate with clients regularly and build a relationship with them, while helping handle day-to-day client tasks
  • Help develop and ideate client PR strategies such as client messaging, media + influencer targets, creative seeding ideas, etc.
  • Work alongside partner teams within the agency as well as client partner agencies
  • Support onsite at events when needed
  • Contribute to monthly, project and/or event reporting and recaps across all clients
  • Conduct research to support client planning and strategy
  • Process client requests in a timely manner
  • Occasionally jump in and help when needed on administrative tasks, including breaks and note taking

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience in corporate communications.
  • Experience assisting and implementing short and long-term communications strategies on behalf of companies, institutions, or individuals.
  • Excellent writing skills. Whether writing an official press release, talking points, or a casual email, you can tailor your writing style to deliver information effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and balance multiple clients. When everyone thinks their time and work is most important, you understand how to balance competing requests and keep everyone happy.
  • Ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Solid relationships with members of the media, particularly entertainment and media reporters.
  • A passion for media. You get your news from a wide range of sources and follow broader media trends.
  • A strong understanding of the entertainment industry.
  • A team-oriented attitude. You understand that it’s about the team’s success. You are willing to step out of your comfort zone to help the team succeed.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides.
