Responsibilities

• Pitch influencers and coordinate influencer partnerships on behalf of clients
• Serve as a mid-level contact for client accounts - always questioning the satisfaction level of client contacts
• Contribute to PR plans and development of pitch strategy
• Contribute to achieving exceptional outcomes for current clients
• Develop ongoing influencer relationships and coordinate contacts with key commentators, industry spokespeople, and sector influencers
• Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to account coordinators & interns
• Contributing to the agency’s growth through efforts such as writing blog posts, drafting case studies, and preparing awards materials
• Support new business efforts
• Participate in company retreats, team building activities, and team office days

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience working in an agency setting
• Experience securing and coordinating influencer partnerships
• Proficient in influencer software programs
• Savvy about social media trends and the current influencer landscape
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fast learner, proactive, positive attitude
• Ability to take direction and work independently
• Organized, strong attention to detail
• Experience using Google Workspace preferred
