Responsibilities

• Own client strategy and execution across a full portfolio of fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands
• Lead, manage, and develop the NYC team — setting the pace, the tone, and the standard day to day
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top-tier fashion and lifestyle media
• Drive high-level media placements across print, digital, and broadcast
• Serve as a senior client partner — proactive, strategic, and solutions-oriented
• Collaborate closely with our LA Director and agency principals on strategy, new business, and agency growth
• Represent MVPR at industry events, market appointments, and press activations

Requirements

• 10+ years of public relations experience with deep expertise in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle
• A proven people leader with experience managing and developing mid-to-senior PR teams
• Someone with established, active relationships at top-tier fashion and lifestyle media in New York
• A strategic thinker who leads by example and is as comfortable in the details as in the big picture
• Highly organized, fast-moving, and a clear and confident communicator
• Someone who operates with a high degree of autonomy and brings solutions
• Agency experience is a strong plus
• Based in New York City
