Job Summary

This role leads client relationships, campaign planning and cross-functional teamwork for health communication campaigns. It requires strong project management, relationship-building, and the ability to drive data-driven optimizations. Preferred candidates have federal health exposure and familiarity with common PM tools.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Client Leadership: Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders.
  • Campaign Oversight: Lead planning and execution of multi-channel health communication campaigns, including formative research, media placement, and digital/social activities.
  • Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and workflows; oversee QA/QC processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Team Coordination: Direct cross-functional teams (creative, marketing, analytics) and external partners to achieve campaign goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign metrics, and optimize strategies based on data insights.
  • Business Development: Contribute to revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting proposal development.

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship required (required by federal government for the position)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Health, or related field.
  • 5+ years managing large-scale communications or marketing contracts, including budget and schedule oversight.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, organization, and multitasking
  • Excellent interpersonal (verbal, written), active listening, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and MS Office Suite
  • Strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively and establish strong working relationships with colleagues and clients

Preferred

  • Experience with federal health clients or public health campaigns
  • Familiarity with tools like Smartsheet and project management methodologies
  • Prior award-winning campaign experience a plus
