  • Stay on top of scopes, budgets, and financial health

Requirements

  • 7+ years in account management at a pharma/healthcare agency
  • Deep understanding of MLR and how to work within it (without letting it water things down)
  • Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional teams
  • Strong communicator—clear, direct, and trusted by clients and teams alike
  • Comfortable in data-driven, performance-focused environments
  • Solid financial instincts—you know where the business stands
  • Organized, proactive, and unshakable when things get complicated
