Responsibilities

• Administrative & Team Coordination
• Keep client files and records organized
• Review analytics and CRMs to help track performance
• Collect project deliverables and prep them for clients
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes
• Draft weekly and monthly reports with guidance from the team
• Help document internal processes and client SOPs
• Sales & Business Development Support
• Research prospects, competitors, and market trends
• Assist with proposals, presentations, estimates, and contracts
